FAQ – Fresh Florals

Where does Lovella deliver to?

We offer delivery to Edmonton and surrounding area (Sherwood Park, St Albert, and Spruce Grove). Due to the nature and delicacy of fresh florals, we do not ship fresh floral orders outside of Edmonton.

How much does delivery cost?

Does Lovella sell gift cards?

We donā€™t sell gift cards at this time.

I am a retailer and would like to purchase Lovella floral art for resale, how do I do this?

Where does Lovella ship to?

We ship our stationery and paper goods to all provinces and territories within Canada.

How much does domestic shipping cost (within Canada)?

Shipping will be calculated at check out.

Which carrier do you use to ship your products?

We use Canada Post or a local courier to ship all of our products.

I live outside Canada; can I still purchase from Lovella?

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate international orders at this time.

How long does shipping take within Canada?

Processing time: 2 to 3 business days
Shipping time: 2 to 5 business days, depending on region
Total lead time: 4 to 8 business days

Do you offer rush shipping?

Rush shipping is not available at this time.

Are your prices in CAD?

As our studio is based out of Edmonton, Alberta, all our product and shipping prices are in CAD.

Does Lovella sell gift cards?

We donā€™t sell gift cards at this time.

I am a retailer and would like to purchase Lovella cards for resale, how do I do this?

We define ā€œwholesaleā€ as purchasing 50+ cards in a single order. If you are a retailer and would like to purchase our cards for resale, please contact us at email@lovellalifestyle.com. We offer reduced pricing and shipping rates! If you are not a retailer but would like to purchase 50+ cards, you will qualify forĀ reduced shipping, but will not qualify for retailer pricing.

Can I ship items as gifts?

Can I customize a message inside a greeting card?

We can handwrite a customized message inside the greeting card for you if you wish. We do not offer printed service at this time.
